Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only and REQUIRE RETURN PRE-AUTHORIZATION and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please e-mail us at info@goldrushtradingpost.com if you wish to make a return and state the specific reason. We will reply promptly with a Return Authorization Number for the outside of the box and provide you with the appropriate address to handle your return. Returned products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Reimbursement for returned merchandise, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be issued promptly. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that defective products are different than products damaged in the shipping process. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Gold Rush Trading Post is not a warranty return location and does not make repairs, but you can easily obtain help with warranties by contacting the manufacturers directly.
