Domestic Shipping (Continental US)
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx to street addresses in the continental US within 2-10 business days of receipt of order. Shipping times vary depending on items ordered and seasonal demand. Generally, November and December and February through April are peak months for gold mining equipment purchases, therefore, due to increased demand, shipping times may take longer than expected.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. Please be sure the email you provide when ordering is correct so that you receive these important notifications promptly. If you do not receive these emails, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER because emails do end up there by mistake.
To help ensure secure delivery, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Certain shipments may be insured while in transit.
After an order has shipped, any delivery changes (including holds or rerouting) must be requested directly with the carrier.
Delivery is considered complete once confirmed by the carrier.
FLAT FEE SHIPPING COSTS TO LOWER 48 STATES ARE BASED ON DOLLAR AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER:
up to $99.99 = $15.95 flat fee
$100.00 - $199.99 = $22.93 flat fee
$200.00 - $349.99 = $29.93 flat fee
$350.00 - $398.99 = $24.93 flat fee
$399.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING to the Lower 48!
FLAT FEE SHIPPING AND FREE SHIPPING MAY NOT APPLY IF SHIPPING TO A PO BOX REQUIRING USPS SHIPPING. A PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PREFERRED. IF SHIPPING TO A PO BOX YOUR ORDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SURCHARGE.
Please double-check that your address, phone number, and email are entered correctly on orders because UPS will charge a fee per box to make a correction in delivery. Customers are responsible for extra charges due to errors you made on your order. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the policies on this page; please read them.
Shipping to Alaska
Orders shipping to Alaska do not qualify for free shipping offers. At checkout you will pay a shipping deposit. We will calculate shipping charges to Alaska and get your approval before your order is processed. UPS generally does not deliver to all parts of Alaska, therefore, Priority Mail will be utilized in Alaska for an additional charge.
Canada and International Shipping
Because we directly ship only to addresses in the United States, if you place an order on this site and use a package forwarding service located in the United States, we can send your order to that freight forwarding company's address, and they can send the package on to you anywhere in the world.
Canadian and other international customers are responsible for setting up your own freight forwarding account and are responsible for ALL documentation that may be required by Customs and/or the carrier that does the actual shipping. If you have any questions about the documentation that might be needed, ask your freight forwarder/package forwarder for details. You will receive an itemized order confirmation via email from GoldRushTradingPost.com and tracking numbers once your merchandise has shipped from us, but we are unable to provide any other type of documentation. You may use any freight forwarding service you choose as long as their shipping address is in the continental USA. And remember, if your order is $399 or more, you get FREE SHIPPING from us to the freight forwarder/package forwarder in the USA. You would then only need to pay for shipping from the freight forwarder/package forwarder to your address in your country.
