Refund policy
At Gold Rush Trading Post, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below before initiating a return.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. All return requests must be approved in advance—please do not send items back without contacting us first. Email us at orders@goldrushtradingpost.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging, as the carrier may require inspection.
Damaged or defective items may be replaced, or replacement parts may be sent at our discretion. In some cases, we may refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of your order date. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Used items are not eligible for return.
Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

Warranty Claims
Many products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty information is typically included with the product packaging. Gold Rush Trading Post does not handle warranty repairs or replacements. After use, please contact the product manufacturer directly for any warranty claims.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled before they ship. If your order has already shipped, it may still be eligible for return under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you request additional items after your order ships, additional shipping fees may apply.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you with options. You may choose to wait for restock, select a replacement item, or have the unavailable item removed from your order. You will not be charged for any items we cannot fulfill unless you choose to wait or substitute.
