Gold Rush Trading Post is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical retail location. All transactions are conducted via our website.
Welcome to Gold Rush Trading Post, operated by Gold Rush Trading Post LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be the age of majority in your state of residence to use this site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not assign or transfer your account to another party.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to present products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact color or detail accuracy across all devices. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our sole discretion.
Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers or manufacturers. These items may have longer lead times or ship separately.
3. REGULATED PRODUCTS
By purchasing any knives, bladed tools, or other age-restricted items, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to own these products in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with applicable laws in your location.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to our acceptance and may be declined at our sole discretion. Orders are generally shipped within 2–10 business days of receipt. Some items may ship separately, especially if fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
Once your order is placed, we may not be able to cancel it. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill an order or if an item is out of stock.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree to pay all applicable charges including shipping and taxes.
5. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales and promotions may be offered and are subject to separate terms. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless expressly noted.
6. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are generally shipped within 2–10 business days of order receipt, not including transit time. We do not guarantee shipping times. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or issues with the shipping carrier.
We currently do not ship internationally but you may use a U.S.-based freight forwarder.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in resellable condition. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply for buyer’s remorse returns. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
For items damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We may issue a refund or replacement after confirming the issue. Some manufacturer defects may require handling directly with the brand.
We do not accept returns on used items unless there is a manufacturer defect.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, product descriptions, and site design, are the property of Gold Rush Trading Post or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Gold Rush Trading Post is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Gold Rush Trading Post. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Gold Rush Trading Post, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Gold Rush Trading Post.
10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may offer third-party tools or link to third-party websites. These tools and links are provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party sites or content and you access them at your own risk.

Any feedback, reviews, suggestions, or ideas you submit become our property, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them for any purpose. You agree not to submit content that is false, unlawful, or violates any rights of others.
