The most common form of gold (and the hardest to recover) are the micron particles known as "gold dust." The trick to recovering such fine gold is by having the right tools. How Does The Gold Dust Concentrate?

Large material, including gold nuggets, gems, coins and artifacts, are caught in the upper and lower screens whereas gold flakes and gold dust are trapped in the concentration bowl at the bottom of the system.
Specifically, the flow of water coming out of the funnel is perfectly regulated such that it penetrates the bed of sand just enough to trap the gold beneath the bed of sand -- too strong or too weak of flow and the gold will be washed over the bowls edge and lost forever.

How to Gold Pan Using The Gold Rush Nugget Bucket

Curious about how to use the Gold Rush Nugget Bucket? The first step is to add pay dirt to top screen, followed by pouring in water. Agitate the mixture by hand as needed. The bowl will prime itself with the sand that is needed to create the "sand trap" at the bottom.

Once the bowl is full, the bowl is primed to catch some gold! Continue adding in pay dirt and water before panning the contents of your bowl. Pouring in more water will help make the gold concentrate as you wash the contents inside! Watch the videos on this page.
