 Shipping 

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground to street addresses in the continental USA within 2-10 business days of receipt of order. Shipping times vary depending on items ordered and seasonal demand. Generally, November and December and February through April are peak months for gold mining equipment purchases, therefore, due to increased demand, shipping times may take longer than expected.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. Please be sure the email you provide when ordering is correct so that you receive these important notifications promptly.
If you do not receive these emails, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER because emails do end up there by mistake. 

FLAT FEE SHIPPING COSTS TO LOWER 48 STATES ARE BASED ON DOLLAR AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER:
up to $99.99 = $15.95 flat fee
$100.00 - $199.99 = $22.93 flat fee
$200.00 - $349.99 = $29.93 fee

$350.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING to the Lower 48!

Please double-check that your address, phone number, and email are entered correctly on orders because UPS will charge at least $17 per box to make a correction in delivery. Customers are responsible for extra charges due to errors you made on your order. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the policies on this page; please read them.

Orders shipping to Alaska require an additional charge on top of those listed above and do not qualify for free shipping offers.  We will calculate shipping charges to Alaska and get your approval before your order is processed. UPS generally does not deliver to all parts of Alaska, therefore, Priority Mail will be utilized in Alaska for an additional charge. No sales tax!

CANADA and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

freight forwarderBecause we directly ship only to addresses in the United States, if you place an order on this site and use a package forwarding service located in the United States, we can send your order to that freight forwarding company's address, and they can send the package on to you anywhere in the world.

Canadian and other international customers are responsible for setting up your own freight forwarding account and are responsible for ALL documentation that may be required by Customs and/or the carrier that does the actual shipping. If you have any questions about the documentation that might be needed, ask your freight forwarder/package forwarder for details. You will receive an itemized order confirmation via email from GoldRushTradingPost.com and tracking numbers once your merchandise has shipped from us, but we are unable to provide any other type of documentation. You may use any freight forwarding service you choose as long as their shipping address is in the continental USA. And remember, if your order is $350 or more, you get FREE SHIPPING from us to the freight forwarder/package forwarder in the USA. You would then only need to pay for shipping from the freight forwarder/package forwarder to your address in your country.

 Policies and Returns 

RETURNS of DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Merchandise you received that involves manufacturer-related product defects related to design or construction may be returned for refund or replacement if we are notified within 10 days of when you receive your order. ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE APPROVAL PRIOR TO RETURN. Please e-mail us and describe the exact specific defect or damage. We will make arrangements to replace your damaged/defective merchandise or direct you to the manufacturer in case of warranty returns. If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will ship you out another item. Please note that UPS may want to inspect the packaging so please do not discard any boxes or packing material.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you are unhappy with your purchase due to "buyer remorse" or changing your mind, you may return it for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of your order date, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. The merchandise must be in resale-able condition. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US PRIOR TO RETURN. We will then provide you with the return address and will promptly credit your original form of payment upon receipt of the returned and undamaged items. Please ship them back using a trackable service such as UPS, Fed Ex, or Priority Mail so that we both will have the tracking number and know when items are received back.  Please e-mail us if you wish to make a return and state the specific reason.

WARRANTY RETURNS: Gold Rush Trading Post sells only products made by reputable manufacturers who provide warranty protection on their products. Warranty information comes directly from the manufacturer and is either printed on the product package or is included as a separate attachment inside the package. Please keep all warranty information you received with your purchase. Sorry, but Gold Rush Trading Post is not a warranty return location and cannot make repairs, but you can easily obtain help with warranties by contacting the manufacturers directly.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: You may securely place orders online using your personal debit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card or PayPal account by simply using the shopping cart feature. Once your order is placed via our website, you will receive an automatic e-mail from Gold Rush Trading Post confirming the order. Please note that a hold may be placed on your funds by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Since we generally do not charge our customers' credit card until your order actually ships, you may also see a "release" of the same amount back into your account (done by your financial institution) if we do not charge your card within 24-48 hours. Please contact your financial institution for more information on these "holds" and "releases." Gold Rush Trading Post is NOT responsible for placing or removing holds on your funds. We ONLY charge you once, which is generally when your order ships. We never have access to your full credit card number that you enter when placing an order through our website, and we do not keep your credit card information on file.

If you cancel or change your order after it has shipped, please know that your card would have already been charged. Please return cancelled merchandise to us and we will refund your purchase price (minus any shipping costs you paid) back to your original form of payment within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise  (see 30-day Money Back Guarantee). If you add to your order after it ships, additional shipping charges may incur to cover the cost of sending the additional items you request.

OUT OF STOCK: If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you as soon as we know about it, so you can decide to either wait for the product to come back in stock, accept a replacement product, or delete that item from your order.
